🔶 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong product
- The product is missing parts/accessories
- The item is different from description/images
⚠️ Note: We currently offer replacement only, not refunds, except in special cases listed below.
🔶 2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
For safety & hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Beauty, skincare, makeup & personal care items
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
- Used or opened products
- Fashion accessories exposed to hygiene risks
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items bought during special sale events (unless damaged/defective)
🔶 3. Conditions for a Valid Replacement Request
To ensure a smooth process:
✔ The product must be in unused condition
✔ All original packaging, tags, labels, freebies must be intact
✔ You must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
✔ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
If the above conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.
🔶 4. 24–48 Hour Verification Process
Once you submit your request:
- Our team verifies the issue through photos/videos
- If approved, we schedule a pickup
- The replacement is processed as soon as we receive the product
🔶 5. When Will I Receive My Replacement?
- Pickup: 2–4 business days
- Replacement dispatch: Within 24 hours of receiving returned item
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days
🔶 6. Refund Policy (Special Cases Only)
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is out of stock during replacement
- The order was canceled before shipping
- The courier fails to deliver the item
- You were charged but the order was not created due to a payment error
Refunds will be sent to your:
- Original payment method, or
- Bank account / UPI ID, as applicable
Refund timeline: 5–7 working days
🔶 7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Replacement is available
- Refund (if applicable) will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID
🔶 8. Wrong Address / Customer Unavailable
If the order returns due to:
- Wrong/incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Phone not reachable
Shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
🔶 9. Product Warranty (If Applicable)
Some electronics or branded products come with manufacturer warranty.
You can claim warranty directly with the brand.
