🔶 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing parts/accessories
  • The item is different from description/images

⚠️ Note: We currently offer replacement only, not refunds, except in special cases listed below.


🔶 2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

For safety & hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Beauty, skincare, makeup & personal care items
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
  • Used or opened products
  • Fashion accessories exposed to hygiene risks
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items bought during special sale events (unless damaged/defective)

🔶 3. Conditions for a Valid Replacement Request

To ensure a smooth process:

✔ The product must be in unused condition
✔ All original packaging, tags, labels, freebies must be intact
✔ You must provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
✔ Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

If the above conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.


🔶 4. 24–48 Hour Verification Process

Once you submit your request:

  1. Our team verifies the issue through photos/videos
  2. If approved, we schedule a pickup
  3. The replacement is processed as soon as we receive the product

🔶 5. When Will I Receive My Replacement?

  • Pickup: 2–4 business days
  • Replacement dispatch: Within 24 hours of receiving returned item
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

🔶 6. Refund Policy (Special Cases Only)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock during replacement
  • The order was canceled before shipping
  • The courier fails to deliver the item
  • You were charged but the order was not created due to a payment error

Refunds will be sent to your:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank account / UPI ID, as applicable

Refund timeline: 5–7 working days


🔶 7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Replacement is available
  • Refund (if applicable) will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID

🔶 8. Wrong Address / Customer Unavailable

If the order returns due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Phone not reachable

Shipping charges may apply for reshipping.


🔶 9. Product Warranty (If Applicable)

Some electronics or branded products come with manufacturer warranty.
You can claim warranty directly with the brand.
